Is 2019 the year to address the Ethnic pay gap?

Do you know how diverse your company is?

2018 was the year of the gender pay gap, with companies making stron g and serious commitments to transparency and working towards reducing the gender pay gap.

As we move into 2019, the Resolution Foundation has highlighted that this may well be the year that companies are forced to look even further into their recruitment and employment practices as we trun our attention to identifying ethnic pay gaps.


My question however is that I don't think compmaies at any level have a real understanding of whether their talent pool is racially diverse, let alone if pay is balanced




Only 4% of FTSE 100 companies have BAME representation at Boardroom level
